JADCP TERMS OF SERVICE

These conditions are considered as a contract signed by both parties JADCP and the client in the event of registration in any of our services.


Prohibiting use the sites hosted on JADCP's servers for the following purposes :-
1) dissemination of indecent material , Read or audible or visible, or sites linking to external sites containing such material .
2) dissemination materials that incite crime or sites linking to external sites containing such material .
3 ) Use sites hosted on the servers of JADCP in an attempt to sabotage other sites or distribution the sabotage or viruses files.
4) Use the hosting in the dissemination PROXY.
5) send SPAM messages.

JADCP Commitments:
1) JADCP is committed to providing technical support to subscribers through the ticket system.
2) JADCP is committed to providing periodically backup for sites hosted on its servers.
3) 3) JADCP is committed to providing the right environment to run Web sites on its servers , and is responsible for repairing any malfunction affects its servers . .

Service costs
Must the client of the sites hosted on JADCP reimbursement for the services they receive from JADCP in its date . and in the case of late payment of those costs , JADCP has the right to disable them temporarily until payment is made , and in the case of non-payment of arrears during the month , it will be cancel those sites .And The company is not responsible for maintaining or return the canceled sites files to their owners.

Violation of the previous conditions :
1) In the event , the site hosted on JADCP to publish and distribute indecent material. JADCP shall have the right to cancel the site subscription directly .
2) In the event,the site hosted on JADCP trying to sabotage or publish sabotage or viruses on the space.JADCP shall have cancel his participation us directly .
3) In the event, the site hosted on JADCP publish pirated copyrighted material , it is the right of the company's management of the site demanding a copy of the permit publication issued by the body that holds the rights to production of such material , and in the event that management of the site to provide publishing permit MUST by removing pirated material .
4) In the event that the joint to send SPAM messages ; automatically site is disabled , to prevent an aggravation of the problem of the arrival of these messages to the authorities received , and it is restarted after an alert offending site on offense management , and in the case of re- transmissions despite repeated warnings, JADCP servsers have the right to order cancellation of the offending site .
